Anshul Gupta is the representative of the Kala Shakti Foundation. The organization under his leadership, has made remarkable strides over the past twenty years by establishing three distinct clusters in rural Bengal. These clusters are situated in the Hooghly district and Bankura and serve as the focal points for the training and employment initiatives, empowering more than 1500 women in the delicate art of petite point hand embroidery.

With utmost dedication, his team along with himself, take upon the responsibility of imparting comprehensive competence to women, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this craft. Through our efforts, we aim to uplift these talented artisans, providing them with meaningful employment opportunities and promoting the preservation of this traditional art form.

At Kalashakti Foundation, Anshul takes immense pride in his commitment to nurture and sustain the fine craft of petite point hand embroidery, while simultaneously fostering economic growth and empowerment within these rural communities.
