Abhishek Bij holds a B.Arch from the Sushant School of Art and Architecture (SSAA) and an M.Arch in Architecture and Urbanism from the Design Research Lab [DRL] at The Architectural Association (AA), London. He critically examines the Indian AEC industry's fusion of high-tech design processes with low-tech execution methods.

As an accomplished academic, Abhishek has taught at various architecture schools and contributed to computational design, ethical practices, and architectural design publications. He delivered a captivating TEDx talk on "Democratic Spaces" at DPS Gurgaon.

Abhishek's remarkable achievements include being recognized as one of the top 50 architects under 50, winning the Excellence in Architecture and Design Award, and receiving accolades as a top designer under 35 for Design X Design.

Gaurav and Abhishek are both aiding Kalashakti in building a Skills Development Centre and a School in Champaran. 

Both architects are experts on sustainable architecture. Their consultancy would be invaluable to organization to ensure an infrastructure that imparts minimal impact on Mother Earth.

Gautam Gulati, a native of Delhi, has spent his formative years in the bustling city. He holds a bachelor's degree from NIFT, Delhi, and further pursued his passion by obtaining a Master's degree at NID, Ahmedabad. Alongside his academic endeavours, Gautam actively engaged in various projects, nurturing his creative instincts and honing his skills. This rich experiential background has significantly contributed to his professional journey, making his work truly valuable.

In his role for this project, Gautam serves as a design consultant and mentor. However, it extends beyond being just another project for him; it represents a significant milestone in his career. While Gautam has previously worked on numerous high-profile projects, he has always yearned for an opportunity to contribute to a cause greater than himself. This project resonates deeply with his aspirations, as it combines his exceptional skills with his compassionate heart.
